Ordering, Delivery & Payment

Ordering

You can place your order online, by phone or by email. If you are in doubt or need advice on your product selection, please contact us.

When you order a product from our website you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these terms and conditions.

Placing of orders will be confirmed by email. We will contact you if we are withholding acceptance of your order for any reason.

We will try to keep our website as up to date as reasonably possible but cannot guarantee that particular products will always be available. If we cannot supply the requested product you will not be charged for it.

We will ask for and store your order and delivery details including your address so that you can order and purchase products from our website with the minimum amount of form filling.

We may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of any product at any time at our sole discretion.

Delivery

All orders of £325 nett invoice value are consigned carriage paid on the UK mainland excluding Scottish Highlands (DPD postcodes: AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, G83, HS0-9, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-99, PH15-99, ZE) and offshore islands including Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Eire.  Smaller orders will be charged carriage on UK mainland, or postage when this method of transport is requested, subject to our minimum order requirements detailed below.

DPD now add a surcharge for any items that are oversize (i.e. cannot pass through their automated sorting system). Therefore any items with a surcharge note in the description will attract an additional charge per parcel (not per item).
This charge will also apply to carriage paid orders.

Any special services will be charged accordingly.

We do NOT drop-ship on behalf of a customer.

On all export orders, carriage will be chargeable.

Orders below our minimum order value will only be supplied at the Manager’s discretion and may be subject to a surcharge.

The buyer must advise the Company and the carrier in writing of loss or shortage of or damage to goods at the time of delivery on the delivery docket and notify us immediately so that our claim can be lodged.

We process all orders in the order they are received and aim to ensure that all despatches are made as soon as possible. Sometimes this is the same day, or it can be 24 to 48 hours depending on the volume of work in the warehouse at that time.

The carrier’s usual delivery days are Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), but deliveries can be arranged for Saturdays in mainland UK. However, these are outside our usual terms of business and are fully chargeable in all circumstances and at higher rates.

Payment

On accounts which do not have credit facilities, payment must be made before despatch. Once the order is packed, we will email a copy of the order, detailing payment required. For card payments, we will also include a secure payment link. Payment can also be made by bank transfer if this is preferred.
