The Jenkinsons site is designed to be easy to use with all products categorised and there are search facilities available if you prefer not to browse. The search form is available on every page just below our logo. Your search can be by product name, product code or by brand name. You can also refine your search using the drop down categories list.
Yes – orders can be collected directly from us. We need to be given at least 2 hours notice prior to collection. Collection times are between 8.30am – 4.30pm.

This will then be submitted to our Sales Team for consideration to supply.
We have a range of delivery companies who we use, dependent upon the service requirement and the destination of delivery. We always try and choose the most suitable option on a per order, per customer basis. If you have a preference, please let us know.
Customers may wish to arrange their own transport - please contact us if this would be preferable for you.
All orders of £325 nett invoice value are consigned carriage paid for most of the UK mainland, excluding Scottish Highlands and offshore islands including Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Eire. All orders despatched below this value will be charged carriage.
We have a minimum opening order for new accounts and reserve the right to deny ongoing orders valued below our minimum order value due to the costs associated with processing low value orders. Any orders made below this value will be reviewed on a per customer, per order basis and may be subject to a small order surcharge.
Initial orders are subject to a larger minimum order value - this will be discussed with you at the time of enquiry.
Please make your order as normal on the assumption that it will be processed – we will contact you if there is a problem.
As a wholesaler of equestrian products we only supply the retail trade. If you are looking to purchase as a consumer or to stock a stable, you should contact your local equestrian retailer.
We process all orders in the order they are received and aim to ensure that all despatches are made as soon as possible, sometimes the same day, or can be 24 to 48 hours depending on the volume of work in the warehouse at that time.
The carrier’s usual delivery days are Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) but deliveries can be arranged for Saturdays in the mainland UK
Saturday deliveries are outside our usual terms of business and are fully chargeable in all circumstances and at much higher rates

We do NOT offer a drop shipping service. All orders must be delivered to the address registered to your account.
