Ordering has been made as easy as possible - simply use your favourite way of finding the products you want (See "How do I use your website"), select any associated options, enter a quantity and press the "Add to Basket" button. Once you have added all your products to your cart, click the "checkout" button and follow the on-screen instructions. Your order has now been made. You will receive an email to your registered email address with an order confirmation.

We process all orders in the order they are received and aim to ensure that all despatches are made as soon as possible, sometimes the same day, or can be 24 to 48 hours depending on the volume of work in the warehouse at that time.

The carrier’s usual delivery days are Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) but deliveries can be arranged for Saturdays in the mainland UK

Saturday deliveries are outside our usual terms of business and are fully chargeable in all circumstances and at much higher rates
